Congratulations on passing the referencing process! The next step is a breeze. You’ll need to pay your security deposit, sign your tenancy agreement, and set up your direct debit. Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to move into your new home in no time!
Once your tenancy agreement is set up, we’ll send you a moving-in pack with all the necessary information. On the day of your move-in, your landlord or Lettings Consultant will meet you at the property to give you the keys and conduct a check-in inspection
